We exclusively use Tide detergent for every load. It meets our high standards for cleanliness and freshness, leaving your clothes looking and smelling professional every time. Hypoallergenic or fragrance-free options are available on request.

Pricing & Bags

What counts as a "bag"?

A standard 13-gallon kitchen trash bag — the kind most people have under their sink. If you don't have one, we'll bring a fresh one at no charge.

What if I have more than one bag?

Every additional bag is a flat $25 on top of the $48 base. No weighing, no complicated per-pound pricing.

Are there any hidden fees?

None. The price you see is the price you pay. No fuel surcharges, no service fees, no required tips.

Delivery Info

Do I need to be home for pickup or delivery?

No. Most customers leave their bag in a secure spot (porch, front door, designated box) for pickup and we return it the same way. If you prefer to hand it off, we can do that too.

Do you text me before arriving?

Yes. You'll get a text 30 minutes before pickup and 30 minutes before delivery.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Reply to your confirmation email or text us at least 4 hours before your pickup window. Full refund if canceled with enough notice.
